Oh My,
I have been in retail for like ever and I also take pride in exceptional customer service with a healthy dose of snark(when deserved). It makes people so Mad when you ” kill them with kindness ” So I totally get that. I once had a lady with a nasty cough in my line. She used her 20 bill to cover her mouth as she slimed it with a cough ,then handed it to me to pay for her purchase ! Yuck !!! I have told people to Have a nice day and they responded with ” Don’t tell me what kind of day to have ”
