Tiny Lunchtime Goodies
On a quick break and couldn’t resist sharing some things that are keeping me amused today:
*New Manager-in-Training picks his nose. On the floor. In front of god, your mother, and everybody. It freaks me out. Not that I don’t get boogies, but I certainly don’t demonstrate their removal for my customers. PROTIP: he is working in produce this week, so I won’t be buying fruits or veggies.
*Fellow cashier was accepting a check. I wasn’t really paying attention to her business until I heard her ask the customer, “Is that a jewish name?” Bad coworker, BAD!
*We are sampling chips and dip today. Heard customer say to coworker who was handing out the samples, “Well, what if I don’t like it?” “Um, we’re sorry?” was his response. Heh.
